We are looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer to grow our water and wastewater solutions business across Qatar. You will manage the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities to closing deals — with a focus on industrial, oil & gas, and EPC clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, oil & gas, and EPC sectors in Qatar
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and decision-makers
- Prepare and present technical proposals, presentations, and product recommendations tailored to client requirements
- Follow up on tenders, RFQs, and quotations through to order closure
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals
- Track project pipelines, market activity, and competitor developments
- Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in water and/or wastewater solutions in Qatar (ETP, WTP, RO, STP, DM)
- Proven track record selling to industrial facilities, oil & gas companies, and EPCs
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related field)
- Strong technical understanding of water treatment systems, pumps, filtration, or related equipment
- Established network within Qatar's industrial and oil & gas sector is needed
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Qatar driving license needed
- Must be based in Qatar or immediately available to relocate
