Sales Engineer ( with experience in Die Casting & Injection Molding Machines)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Engineer to lead the sales and distribution of die casting and injection molding machines. The role involves technical consultation, customer engagement, and end-to-end sales management, including developing new business and nurturing existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of machinery and a proven track record in industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in die casting and injection molding sectors.

2. Identify potential clients and promote company machinery through direct visits, technical presentations, and consultations.

3. Provide customized technical solutions and detailed product introductions based on customer needs.

4. Support the entire sales cycle from lead generation, quotation, negotiation, and contract signing to order fulfillment and after-sales follow-up.

5. Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to support machine demonstrations, testing, and process optimizations.

6. Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

7. Regularly report on sales activities and performance (weekly/monthly).

8. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, promotional events, and customer visits.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial machinery sales, preferably in die casting, injection molding, or related manufacturing industries (e.g., automotive, plastic products, toy manufacturing).

3. Solid understanding of die casting and injection molding machines and their peripheral equipment.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.

5. Ability to foster teamwork and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Proficiency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus).

7. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

8. Valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 80,000.00TRY - 100,000.00TRY per month
