SALES ENGINEERS

We are hiring for SALES ENGINEERS!

Purpose of the job:

Searching for new customers in the designated region, studying, planning and analysis to achieve preset targets., conducting demonstration for the new parts…etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Close contact with existing customers & increase a good business relation and partnership.

2. Searching for new potential customers.

3. Provide product knowledge and references to buyers and technical personnel to aid in the selection and inquiry stage.

4. Handle inquiries; source and verify products on request, and prepare offers subject to approval from the Sales Manager

5. Submit proposals in the form of tender or offer letters to the clients.

6. Follow-up and negotiate with the clients for progress and results of offers.

7. Process & acknowledged Purchase Orders from clients with constant monitoring until order fulfilment.

8. Support the credit collector in payment collection.

9. Provide initial technical support to external and internal projects when necessary.

10. Achieve annual Sales Targets.

11. Adhere to the company's policies, regulation and standards.

12. Report to the Sales Manager on results of meetings, visit plans and sales results regularly.

13. Sales growth business by serving as the sales focal point to a broader sales team and delivery of sales initiatives.

14. Communicate and participate in the development and implementation of customer focused sales strategies

15. Assist planning and execution of country marketing programs including - advertising, seminars, road shows, training programs, industry specific seminars, new product launches.

16.Establish daily & weekly work plan.

17. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate method.

18. Ensure any direct sales provided from the approval supplier list.

19. Studying the market and working necessary analysis for the market including monitoring and reporting on competitor activities and provide relevant report & information.

Required skills:

-Arabic & English languages; excellent command.

-Leading and managerial skills.

- good knowledge in computer basic operations.

- Has a good ability to convince customer.

-Strong personality with a good appearance.

-Very Good technical background.
