Position: Sales Engineer/Sales Executive/Asst. Manager

What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Execution: Drive sales across our entire product range—from identifying leads to final execution.
  • Understand the Tech: Gain in-depth knowledge of instruments, their applications, operations, and software.
  • Engage with Customers: Conduct meaningful technical discussions to understand and meet client needs.
  • Reporting: Maintain clean, complete, and timely reports to support team insights and follow-ups.
  • Field Promotions: Actively promote products in the field with energy and purpose.
  • Use Your Day Wisely: Maximize productivity with efficient planning and execution.
  • Know the Competition: Stay sharp by understanding competitor offerings and maintaining a strong technical edge.
  • 360° Engagement: Interact with everyone from end-users to top-level stakeholders.
  • Department Collaboration: Engage with multiple departments to ensure alignment and opportunities.
  • Order Closures: Independently close deals for regular items and collaborate with managers for project-based sales.
  • Sales Forecasting: Maintain a rolling 3-month sales projection and track performance against targets.
  • Win Market Share: Strategically target and convert competitor accounts.
  • Stay Responsive: Ensure prompt and professional communication via email and timely submission of offers.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Instrumentation (EIE), or Electrical (EEE)
  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology (depending on product specialization)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience:

  • 1 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Sales Engineer in a technical field.

  • Excellent communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment & Travel:

  • Be ready for frequent travel (up to 200 km) by bike, bus, or train
