We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Representative who thrives on closing, takes ownership of results, and wants unlimited earning potential in a company that rewards performance.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new leads and actively build your pipeline
• Manage and close qualified leads provided by the office
• Conduct in-home consultations for roofing, siding, windows, and gutters
• Provide clear product education and accurate pricing
• Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to signed contract
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset

What You Bring

• Proven sales experience in roofing, siding, windows, or gutters
• Strong closing ability and confidence in asking for the sale
• Ability to generate self-sourced leads in addition to company-provided leads
• Customer-first mentality with a commitment to service excellence
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills
• Professional presentation and pride in your work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay & Perks

$80,000 – $200,000+ Annual Earning Potential
Unlimited commission-based compensation
Weekly pay
