We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team. This role blends sales, estimating, and pre-construction coordination, supporting the full lifecycle of project acquisition—from identifying opportunities to converting awarded bids into fully prepared project packages. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple project opportunities simultaneously.

Vet, organize, and manage incoming bid opportunities, including repeat customer requests

Identify and pursue new customers and project opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support recurring and future business

Perform detailed plan take-offs for materials and labor

Develop complete cost build-ups including material pricing, labor hours, subcontractor quotes, and equipment needs

Conduct margin analysis and prepare competitive, accurate bids and proposals

Ensure estimates align with project scope, specifications, and customer requirements

Track bid progress and follow up to support conversion from estimate to awarded contract

Communicate with customers to clarify scope, schedule, and pricing

Prepare and process all contract documentation following bid award

Convert estimating data into complete installation and project handoff packages

Coordinate internally to ensure operations teams receive scope breakdowns, schedules, material lists, and bid notes

Assist with identifying project requirements, risks, and assumptions for planning

3–5 years of construction sales and estimating experience

Proven sales experience in the fencing industry

Job cost build-up and estimating experience

Ability to analyze scopes of work from drawings, specs, and customer requests

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to travel to multiple job sites throughout Florida

Proven experience in construction estimating, sales, or business development

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents

Strong analytical and math skills

Proficiency in estimating software, online bidding portals, and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
