Job Title: Sales Executive - Medical

Overview: ProConnect is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting comprehensive manpower recruitment solutions and document clearing assistance for companies across the UAE - seeking to hire qualified medical professionals directly from the Philippines. In addition to core recruitment assistance services, the role emphasises up-selling value-added support services such as visa processing, medical licensing assistance, school credentials attestation, and end-to-end deployment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, medical centers, home care providers, and medical-related companies).
  • Promote full-cycle recruitment services for medical professionals sourced from the Philippines.
  • Upsell complementary services, including:

- Visa and work permit processing

- School and professional credentials attestation

- Medical licensing and regulatory documentation support

- Pre-departure orientation and deployment coordination

  • Educate clients on the benefits of bundled recruitment and compliance solutions to reduce hiring risks and timelines.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR managers, healthcare administrators, and business owners.
  • Prepare customised proposals, quotations, and service agreements based on client needs.
  • Coordinate with recruitment, documentation, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track sales pipelines, client interactions, and performance against sales targets.
  • Stay updated on overseas employment regulations, healthcare staffing trends, and visa requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in manpower recruitment or healthcare staffing.
  • Knowledge of overseas hiring processes, visa documentation, and credential verification is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to sell bundled services rather than single transactions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven, organised, and capable of managing multiple client accounts.
  • Experience dealing with Philippine manpower deployment is highly preferred.
