- Must have atleast 2year work experience in building material and UAE driving license
- Research and target potential clients, including construction companies, MEP contractors, infrastructure developers, and trading houses.
- Conduct cold calling, door-to-door pitching, and site visits to find new project opportunities.
- Evaluating staff performance, training prospective leaders, and building a high-performance, ownership-driven working culture.
- Prepare precise commercial and technical proposals, project quotations, and price estimates.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to close profitable deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas and performance KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing models, and new product innovations.
- Coordinate closely with internal supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure materials are delivered on time.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment receivables.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
