Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our range of translation and document clearing services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their translation and document clearing needs.
• Promote and sell the company’s services, including translation, notarization, attestation, and PRO services.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in language services, legal documentation, or professional services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu/Hindi; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to solving client needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
