Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and maintaining excellent client relationships. You should have a good understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Keep up to date with best practices and promotional trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; CRM software knowledge is a plus.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
