Position Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Sales Manager / General Manager
Location: Four Lines Industries L.L.C, Ras Al Khaimah / UAE
Role Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for trailers, tankers, ISO tanks, and other fabricated products. This role requires a combination of technical product knowledge, market awareness, and strong communication skills to position Four Lines as a trusted manufacturer in the UAE and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify new customers, projects, and markets in the UAE, GCC, and export regions.
- Promote Four Lines’ product portfolio (tankers, trailers, steel structures, ISO tanks, customized fabrication).
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Develop quotations, proposals, and follow-up with clients until deal closure.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, logistics companies, oil & gas firms, and industrial clients.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Handle inquiries, provide technical clarifications, and negotiate contracts.
3. Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide input to management on product positioning, pricing strategies, and new opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events.
4. Coordination & Support
- Work closely with the Production and Design teams to ensure client requirements are feasible.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for credit approvals and payment follow-ups.
- Support after-sales service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
5. Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, customer database, and visit reports.
- Submit weekly/monthly sales reports to Sales Manager/GM.
- Track KPI performance such as inquiries generated, quotes submitted, orders closed, and revenue achieved.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of trailers, tankers, and steel fabrication products.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Multilingual (English essential; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Ability to travel across UAE/GCC as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in trailers, tankers, heavy equipment, or steel fabrication industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- UAE/GCC market knowledge is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly/annual sales targets.
- Number of new customers acquired.
- Client retention and repeat business ratio.
- Conversion rate of inquiries to orders.
- Timely submission of reports and client feedback.
