Sales Executive

We are currently seeking an highly dedicated Sales Executive with over 2 years of hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FM industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, tenders, and service agreements.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in Facilities Management (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE FM market is highly preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
