Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Female Sales Executive to join our team at SEEE Technologies. The role involves promoting solar energy solutions, engaging with potential customers, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Explain solar energy products, solutions, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Conduct follow-ups to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and customer responses.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations team for surveys and installations.
• Provide timely updates to the management on sales progress.

Requirements:

• Female candidate, preferably based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.A / B.Com or relevant).
• Experience: Fresh to 1 year in telesales/sales (solar experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
