Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role includes finding potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales goals. You will promote our products/services, respond to customer needs, and ensure a positive customer experience. The right candidate should be confident in communication, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting products that match their style and requirements.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, including fabric, fit, trends, and styling suggestions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store looks attractive and organized.
• Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and brand collections.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.
