Cretesol is looking for dynamic, motivated, and target-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. If you are passionate about sales, excellent with building client relationships, and want to grow in the construction/building materials industry — this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads by researching markets, industries, and prospective clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders such as architects, designers, contractors, developers, and distributors.
- Present and promote the company’s products & services; negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company goals.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to develop strategic sales plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Perform market/competitor analysis to spot trends and gaps for growth.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and network to represent the company and expand professional connections.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular reports on progress & market developments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA or comparable qualification is an advantage.)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply however, Proven experience in sales or business development – ideally in the construction materials or related building industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills; ability to identify opportunities and make actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage clients, stakeholders, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
