Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our tourism company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our travel and tourism services to both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the tourism and travel sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual customers.
  • Promote and sell tour packages, travel services, and customized itineraries.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel itineraries for clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM/records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive (preferably in tourism, hospitality, or travel industry).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of the UAE tourism market and inbound/outbound travel trends is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
