Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Retail Store Sales Locations: Changodara - Ahmedabad, Chattral, Mahesna, Vadodara, Ankleshwar, Vapi and Surat Reports To: Store Manager

Role Purpose

To maximize sales revenue by engaging with customers, providing accurate product knowledge, promoting offers, and ensuring an excellent buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist every customer with product queries and suggestions.
• Demonstrate product features, compare alternatives, and guide purchase decisions.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and promote in-house brands and offers.
• Support billing and payment handling during peak hours.
• Maintain product displays, shelf labels, and stock reporting.
• Capture customer feedback, promote loyalty programs, and support local marketing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Commerce.
• 1–3 years’ retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of retail promotions and customer service standards.
• Familiarity with POS/billing systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
