Job description:

We are hiring Sales Coordinator who serves as a critical link between the sales team, clients, and operational departments to ensure accurate proposal creation, order processing, and after-sales support. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing customer relationships, and maintaining accurate records to streamline the sales process.

Role & responsibilities-

  • Process and manage sales orders from entry to delivery.
  • Prepare sales documents, proposals, and reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and shipments.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for proposal and delivery accuracy.
  • Support Capex coordination and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Maintain client and vendor communication for service coordination.
  • Run and analyze sales and logistics reports.

Preferred candidate profile-

  • Proficiency in ERP, TMS, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written).
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Bacherlor's degree is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
