Shift: Night (6:30 PM – 4:00 AM, On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Engage U.S. customers through outbound calls about ACA health insurance plans.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions.
• Clearly explain plan benefits, handle objections, and close deals.
• Ensure compliance with ACA guidelines and company policies.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills (clarity, fluency, confidence).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening abilities.
• A self-motivated, goal-driven, and positive attitude.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Previous call center/sales experience or ACA campaign knowledge is a plus.
• Flexibility to work night shifts (U.S. hours).
