Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Sales Executive (Male) to spearhead our market entry for AC Accessories. The role focuses on building relationships with both organized and unorganized buyers (AC dealers, service contractors, small fabricators, wholesalers) to generate initial volumes and secure orders before stocking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, visit, and onboard potential buyers in both organized and unorganized sectors.
• Generate confirmed orders and purchase commitments for AC Accessories.
• Build strong relationships with AC dealers, installation contractors, wholesalers, and service shops.
• Conduct field visits across Chennai and Tamil Nadu (extensive travel required).
• Collect market intelligence on pricing, competition, and customer needs.
• Report daily progress, leads, and confirmed orders to management.
• Support in establishing distribution channels and customer network.

Requirements:

• Male candidate, willing to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu.
• Minimum 2–4 years of sales/field experience in construction materials, hardware, or AC/HVAC-related products.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently to achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp reporting.
• Two-wheeler mandatory (with valid license).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
