Sr Sales Manager - Freight forwarding/logistics

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by leveraging an existing healthy customer base and professional network within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.

Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to deepen our market penetration across Tamil Nadu, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of regional logistics landscapes and competitive dynamics.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their evolving logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.

Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on high- value engagements that foster mutually beneficial, "win-win" partnerships.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within Tamil Nadu to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

Operational Collaboration: Work closely with internal operations, customer service, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
