Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
  • Provide accurate information on tour packages, travel itineraries, destinations, and pricing.
  • Promote and sell travel packages, flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
  • Generate leads and follow up on inquiries via calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
  • Maintain client records, bookings, and payment follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Offer expert advice on travel documentation, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
  • Stay updated on latest travel trends, offers, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in travel sales, customer service, or hospitality (freshers can apply with strong communication skills).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with travel booking software is an advantage.
  • Passion for travel and helping clients create memorable experiences.

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
