Job Title: Sales Executive ( Real Estate)

Location: Gurugram (Haryana)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a passion for property sales, and the ability to convert leads into successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and online sources.
  • Conduct property presentations, arrange/escort clients for site visits, and highlight key features.
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals to meet sales targets, and coordinate documentation with internal teams.
  • Track market trends, competitor projects, and provide regular sales and follow-up reports to management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales or other high-value B2C sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours based on client schedules.
  • Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
