Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ARABIC SPEAKING Sales Executive (B2B) to join our team in the Outdoor Advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and handling basic financial and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in outdoor advertising (e.g., billboards, hoardings, transit ads).
  • Meet with clients (corporate, agencies, SMEs) to understand advertising needs and propose appropriate media solutions.
  • Prepare and present media plans, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, campaign duration, and placement terms.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and advertising agencies.
  • Track campaign performance and ensure timely execution and monitoring of media placements.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and update CRM tools with lead and client status.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales/account handling (preferably in media or advertising).
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with media buying, advertising space planning, and site evaluations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) CRM system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in ENGLISH & ARABIC
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
