Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Sales Executives with a background in steel, cement, or construction materials to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients in the steel, cement, or construction industry.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Report sales activity and pipeline to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in steel, cement, or construction materials.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience and performance)
