Compensation:

• Commission-based role with high earning potential.
• Average monthly income: AED 2,000 – AED 9,000+ depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

• Identify and approach potential clients interested in immigration services.
• Convert leads into successful sales by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Video Marketing & Promotion

• Create engaging video content to market immigration services.
• Use platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for client engagement and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement creative campaigns.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Provide follow-up support and guidance throughout the client’s immigration journey.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Strategy

• Stay updated on immigration policies, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Adapt sales strategies to improve effectiveness and results.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English (Knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Tagalog is an added advantage).
• Previous sales/marketing experience preferred, but freshers are welcome.
• Target-driven, motivated, and confident personality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
