Role Description


We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with our business offerings.



Key Responsibilities


Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct product / service presentations and demonstrations.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.




Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

1 to 3 years of proven experience in Sales, business development, or customer relations.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools.

Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
