Area Sales Executive – Project Sales

Karachi, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth in the project sales division.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and project clients.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, ongoing projects, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company credit policies.
  • Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and project pipeline updates to management.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in project-based & B2B sales (glass, Aluminium, construction, or building materials preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and SAP (preferred).
