Sales Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

We are hiring dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidates will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients, presenting our products/services, and converting leads into customers. You must have excellent English communication skills, strong convincing power, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers from provided leads.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Convince prospects to take the next step in the sales funnel (book appointment, sign up, etc.).
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets and KPIs.
  • Handle high volumes of calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or messages as required.
  • Collaborate with team members and share best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and convincing abilities.
  • Able to handle high call volume and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in handling objections and turning them into opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Availability to work in required time zones (mention if it’s for US, UK, etc.).
