Job Description: Sales Executive

Position Title: Sales Executive Department: Sales Reports to: Sales Supervisor Location: Dubai, UAE

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive is will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products through traditional retail channels such as local Schools, Manufactures, Medical Clinic, Contracture office , convenience stores, and wholesale distributors. This role requires building strong relationships with key customers, ensuring product availability, and executing promotional strategies to increase market share and brand visibility in his region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

o Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling the company’s products in the area assigned.

o Identify and approach potential clients, ensuring a solid sales pipeline.

o Communicate regularly with retailers to ensure timely order placement and maintain adequate inventory levels.

o Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.

2. Customer Relationship Management

o Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.

o Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

o Visit customers as per journey plan to understand their needs and gather feedback.

o Train and support retail staff on product knowledge, promotions, and merchandising strategies.

3. Order Management, Stock Control & Payment Collections

o Manage the order placement and delivery process to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.

o Monitor stock levels at customer locations, ensuring that products are available at all times to meet demand.

o Work with the logistics and supply chain teams to resolve any stock-out issues and ensure smooth distribution.

o Ensure on time payment collections from the customers as per the agreed credit terms.

4. Promotions & Merchandising

o Execute in-store promotions, product displays, and merchandising to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

o Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and ensure that all retail outlets are stocked with the necessary promotional materials.

o Track the effectiveness of promotions and provide feedback for improvement.

5. Sales Reporting & Market Intelligence

o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.

o Submit daily sales reports to the line manager, including sales performance, order status, and market feedback.

o Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities, providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.

6. New Account Acquisition

o Actively seek new sales opportunities by approaching and establishing relationships with new retail accounts.

o Promote and onboard new clients to ensure the expansion of the customer base.

o Introduce new products to existing and new customers, ensuring growth in product adoption and sales.

Skills, Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in the Traditional sales channel, within FMCG sector.
  • Skills:

o Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, and close deals.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.

o Knowledge of traditional retail distribution channels and FMCG market dynamics.

o Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

o Proficiency in using basic sales tools (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) for reporting and tracking sales activities.

o Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

  • Must have own vehicle.
  • A valid UAE driving license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
