Sales Executive

Doha, Qatar

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Promote and sell the company’s range of building materials and related products.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and support to customers.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good knowledge of building materials, construction products, and industry standards.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Proficient in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up reports.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in building materials sales within the Qatar market.
  • Existing client network in the construction sector (contractors, consultants, trading companies, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Experience in handling projects and retail sales for construction materials.
  • Valid Qatar driving license
  • Fluency in English; Arabic and Hindi is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
