- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams.
 - Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
 - Promote and sell the company’s range of building materials and related products.
 - Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
 - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
 - Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
 - Coordinate with the logistics and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
 - Provide excellent after-sales service and support to customers.

 - Good knowledge of building materials, construction products, and industry standards.

 - Proficient in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up reports.

 - Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in building materials sales within the Qatar market.
 - Existing client network in the construction sector (contractors, consultants, trading companies, etc.) is highly preferred.
 - Experience in handling projects and retail sales for construction materials.
 - Valid Qatar driving license
 - Fluency in English; Arabic and Hindi is an added advantage.
