2. Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive – Event & Exhibition Space, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to sell and promote event and exhibition spaces, acquire sponsors, and ensure successful event occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Space Bookings
- Identify, approach, and close deals with potential exhibitors, vendors, and organizations seeking event or kiosk space.
- Manage the full sales process — from lead generation to contract finalization and payment follow-up.
- Prepare sales proposals and quotations for space bookings.
- Sponsorship Acquisition
- Approach corporate brands and local businesses for event sponsorships and partnerships.
- Develop customized sponsorship packages aligned with client marketing objectives.
- Maintain relationships with existing sponsors to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with exhibitors, venue partners, and event organizers.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and operations teams during setup and event execution.
- Marketing & Promotion
- Support marketing campaigns, community outreach, and digital promotions for upcoming events.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate sales records, track targets, and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with accounts for payment collection and invoicing.
3. Remuneration Structure
Your total compensation package will consist of a Fixed Salary and a Performance-Based Commission, as outlined below:
a. Fixed Salary : 2500 QAR
- Paid monthly at the end of each month.
- Includes basic pay, accommodation, and transportation allowance
* If No space selling done : Only 1500 QAR will be given
b. Commission Structure
You will be eligible for commission based on the net revenue received from your confirmed and paid bookings.
Monthly Sales Volume (QAR)Commission % on Net Sales
0 – 20,000 QAR = 5%
20,001 – 50,000= 7%
50,001 – 100,000= 9%
Above 100,000 = 12%
Additional Performance Bonuses: Will be shared during hiring ( branding / sponsorship /etc)
Conditions:
- Commission applies only after successful completion of probation (3 months).
- Commission is paid after client payments are received and accounted.
- Cancellations or unpaid invoices are excluded from commission eligibility.
c. Annual Incentives
- Annual Bonus: Equivalent to one month’s basic salary based on performance review.
- Event-Specific Incentive: Management may award lump-sum bonuses for major successful events.
4. Working Hours & Days
- Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
- Timings: 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (flexible during event days)
- Weekends or extended hours may be required during events; compensatory offs may be provided.
5. Probation Period
- A probation period of three (3) months will apply from the date of joining.
- During this period, you will receive the fixed salary only.
- Upon successful completion, full commission eligibility begins.
