Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven Inside Sales Executive who thrives in a target-oriented environment. The candidate should have proven expertise in closing sales over calls and digital channels, with a passion for EdTech and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound & inbound calls, WhatsApp, email follow-ups, and demos.
  • Identify client needs and recommend EdTech courses or IT services.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets & KPIs.
  • Maintain CRM/Excel for accurate tracking.
  • Work with marketing for lead nurturing.
  • Build customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Share market feedback to improve offerings.
  • Handle objections & negotiate deals.
  • Attend weekly reviews and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (EdTech/IT preferred).
  • Strong ability to influence and close deals remotely.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, with proficiency in other languages considered a plus.
  • Target-oriented with track record of meeting goals.
  • Tech-savvy: CRM tools, MS Office, online sales.
  • Self-disciplined, proactive & independent worker.
  • Strong presentation skills for virtual demos.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
