Shunya is a leading agritech company building innovative solutions for sustainable animal nutrition and hydroponic fodder production. Our flagship Nutri Ankurit Feed (NAF) and other feed products help farmers improve cattle health, milk yield, and reduce feed costs. We are expanding our reach in rural Gurgaon and looking for motivated sales professionals to join our mission.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of NAF and other animal feed products in the rural Gurgaon region. The role involves direct farmer interaction, dealer/retailer engagement, and community-level sales activities, ensuring product adoption and repeat orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for NAF and other agri feed products.
  • Conduct farmer visits, demos, and awareness programs to promote feed benefits.
  • Build and manage relationships with local dealers, retailers, dairy cooperatives, and Gaushalas.
  • Identify and onboard new customers (farmers, cattle owners, shelters) in assigned villages.
  • Track customer usage, lapsers, and reactivation opportunities.
  • Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Ensure timely payment collections and settlement records.
  • Use Shunya’s digital tools (Sarathi App, CRM, WhatsApp) to record leads, orders, and customer interactions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly sales volume achieved (NAF & other feed).
  • Number of new customers added & converted.
  • Retention rate of existing customers.
  • On-time collections & settlement accuracy.
  • Farmer/demo events conducted per month.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate / Diploma in Agriculture, Dairy, Veterinary, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of field sales experience in agri-inputs, animal feed, dairy, or rural sales. Freshers with strong rural connect may also apply.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication in Hindi (local dialect preferred).
  • Ability to explain product benefits to rural farmers.
  • Two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
  • Basic mobile app usage (CRM, WhatsApp, data entry).
  • Traits: Proactive, target-oriented, relationship-builder, willing to travel extensively in rural Gurgaon.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
