Sales Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven individual to lead sales and client engagement for AAC blocks in the construction industry. This role combines business development, relationship management, and market promotion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and meet monthly/annual targets
  • Develop relationships with contractors, builders, and developers
  • Execute sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure timely deliveries through coordination with operations
  • Promote AAC blocks through presentations and events
  • Maintain client database and provide pre/post-sales support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years of sales experience (construction materials preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office
  • Willingness to travel

  • Sales target achievement
  • Client acquisition & retention

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
