- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying potential new business opportunities through methods like cold calling, email outreach, networking, and attending trade shows.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and identify opportunities for upselling or repeat business.
- Product & Service Presentations: Demonstrating and presenting products or services to potential customers, explaining their benefits, and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating sales terms, contracts, and prices to secure deals and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Market Research & Analysis: Gathering information on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using a CRM system, and generating performance reports.
- Internal Collaboration: Working with other departments like marketing and customer support to ensure a smooth client experience and align sales and marketing efforts.
- After-Sales Support: Providing follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sale issues.
