SALES EXECUTIVE

Doha, Qatar

A sales executive drives revenue by identifying potential customers (prospecting), nurturing relationships with them, presenting and demonstrating products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include lead generation, providing tailored sales pitches, maintaining client databases, tracking sales performance, and staying informed on market trends. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and attending industry events.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports and forecasts to management.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to create a seamless client experience and support sales strategies.

Essential Skills

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information and build rapport with clients.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate effectively to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company's products or services to provide tailored solutions.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet sales targets and handle multiple client interactions.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years working experience in sales (FMCG)
  • Male or Female
  • Presentable
  • Good in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Fluent in English ( speaking, writing and business communication)
  • Qatari Driving Licence
  • Transferable working visa
  • Competitive salary based on work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
