Sales Executive

MD Group of Companies are seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Executive(Building Materials) with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of UAE experience to join our dynamic team immediately!

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling building materials to contractors, construction companies, and retail clients. The role requires developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets through effective client management and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.
  • Promote the company’s range of building materials (cement, steel, blocks, tiles, insulation, etc.) to contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and clients.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor ongoing projects and identify potential sales leads.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales of building materials or construction-related products.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry, materials, and supply chain process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
