Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Trust Well Properties is seeking a motivated and results-driven Leasing Executive to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and leasing our DED-approved offices and commercial spaces, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly leasing targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and lease Trust Well Properties’ commercial and office spaces.
  • Identify and contact potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable leasing options.
  • Conduct property viewings and ensure a smooth leasing process from inquiry to closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Prepare leasing documents, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support overall business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
  • Currently residing in the UAE.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

Compensation:

  • Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month plus attractive commission structure based on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
