*Achieving monthly sales target (as assigned by Etisalat) of Etisalat products and services at the assigned point of sales

• Monitoring and managing hygiene, developmental and regulatory requirements with promoters and kiosks on a regular basis

• Should possess Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for developing daily/weekly and monthly action plans by analyzing gaps in people

performance, location performance and market dynamics.

• Monitoring and directing all sales activities to meet sales plan. Periodic review of sales plan performance and identifying the gaps

for course correction. Ensuring adequate support to the sales team, in coordination with all other related functions

• Ensuring process adherence and regulatory compliance in all transactions

• Ensuring Visibility and Merchandising to get maximum possible brand presence

• Delivering the best Quality of Acquisition towards enhancing revenue

• Developing detailed plans & strategizing for improvement in efficiency of the staff. Overseeing key performance indicators for

products & services and implementing actions for improvement wherever necessary

• Identifying new market opportunities for enhancing business. Submitting proposals periodically for business enhancement with

reasonable justification

• Developing product knowledge by being updated about service and product offerings as made available by Etisalat

• Being up to date on competition and market knowledge and sharing information as required by the organization

• Undertaking responsibility for tasks assigned / delegated by the Sales Manager / Team leader

• Reporting sales and associated parameters regularly in the format & periodicity as advised by the Sales Manager / Team leader

• Location can be any location across UAE and may change from time to time as determined by the organization

• The role involves a minimum of 6 hours of market visits per day to be present in the kiosk doing OJT and promoter engagement.
