- Make outbound calls and messages daily to potential clients
- Generate new leads through cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, referrals, and online platforms
- Convert leads into confirmed sales with strong follow-up and persuasive communication
- Promote our product range: scaffolding systems, fasteners, ERW pipes/tubes, and merchant bars
- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Provide regular updates on lead status, conversion rates, and market feedback
