This role is responsible for managing relationships and leveraging sales opportunities with key clients.

1. Identify potential customers.

2. Create robust pipeline of small/ medium accounts.

3. Keep track of all leads and update CRM accordingly.

4. Send proposals and ensure that sales agreements are mutually beneficial for the client and the company within the pre-agreed rates per vertical.

5. Follow company compliance policy and initiate the onboarding process.

6. Review the Sales volumes and gross profit regularly to meet targets assigned and ensure the merchants are using Noqodi products.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

8. Bi-weekly engagement with existing merchants to ensure satisfaction and reduce churn rate.

9. Conduct account reviews and check-ins to ensure customers are getting the most out of Noqodi and address any concerns.

10. Address the issues of these accounts and ensure fast resolution through internal follow up and external regular updates.

11. Monitor the revenue of the existing merchants and focus on incremental revenue.

12. Hunt for new Large & Medium Merchants

13. Include product team for demos or Ops team for technical integration.
