Key job roles and duties include:

1. Sales and Target Achievement:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for property units or construction materials/services.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, digital channels, and referrals.
  • 2. Client and Stakeholder Management:
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, investors, real estate agents, and channel partners.

3. Property/Product Presentation and Marketing:

  • Property Showings/Demos: Conduct site visits, property viewings, or product demonstrations for potential buyers/clients.
  • Market Properties: Effectively market properties or building materials through various channels (online platforms, print, open houses, etc.).
  • Sales Collateral: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Events: Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's offerings.

4. Market Expertise and Reporting:

  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, competitive offerings, and construction industry developments.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate and frequent reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, sales performance, and forecasts for management.
  • Documentation: Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases, etc.) is prepared and processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
  • Client Consultation: Understand client needs, financial abilities, and preferences to present the most suitable property or solution.
  • Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and clients throughout the sales cycle and provide after-sales support.
