1. Sales and Target Achievement:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for property units or construction materials/services.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, digital channels, and referrals.
- 2. Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, investors, real estate agents, and channel partners.
3. Property/Product Presentation and Marketing:
- Property Showings/Demos: Conduct site visits, property viewings, or product demonstrations for potential buyers/clients.
- Market Properties: Effectively market properties or building materials through various channels (online platforms, print, open houses, etc.).
- Sales Collateral: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Events: Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's offerings.
4. Market Expertise and Reporting:
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, competitive offerings, and construction industry developments.
