Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective negotiation and relationship-building strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, technology sales, and the ability to utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and data. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts, focusing on both outbound and warm calling to generate leads and close deals.

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Engage in telemarketing activities to identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase technology solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or technical sales is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and inside sales processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple accounts.
  • Experience in business development with a focus on outbound calling strategies.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales efforts is a plus.
