Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Female Sales Executive with a strong background in cold calling and lead generation within the interior fit-out or construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships, and driving new business opportunities to meet company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Identify and pursue potential clients within the interior fit-out, construction, and design sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Present company services and project portfolio to prospective clients professionally.
• Schedule meetings and site visits to understand client requirements.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Gender: Female with own visa
• Experience: 1–2 years in sales, preferably in the interior fit-out, construction, or related industries.
• Proven track record in cold calling and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
