Job Description :
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our payment solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will have relevant B2B/B2C sales experience and a passion for fintech and digital payments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, cold calling, networking, and online research.

  • Pitch payment solutions to merchants, SMEs, startups, and enterprise clients.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.

  • Conduct product demos and explain key features, benefits, and pricing models.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth merchant activation.

  • Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to internal teams.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

  • 0–5 years of experience in direct sales / business development.

  • Prior experience in selling fintech or payment solutions is preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Familiarity with digital payment trends, UPI, POS, and eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho.
    • Knowledge of the payment gateway industry and competitive landscape.
    Compensation:
    • Fixed + Incentives (based on performance)
