Job Title: Sales Executive – Elevator / Construction Industry

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Job Description:

Teknix Elevators Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer and service provider of elevators and escalators, is looking for a Sales Executive with experience in the construction or elevator industry. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, client relationship management, and achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, architects, and contractors.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, and networking.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals to convert leads into orders.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and installation schedules.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably construction/elevator industry).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the Bangalore market preferred.
  • Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / Engineering background.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

Salary:
