Sales Executive

What are we looking for?

Due to our rapid international expansion, we are looking for a Sales Executive for our Sales branch in Ankara (Turkey). In this project, you will collaborate closely with the central team and maintain continuous communication.

Responsibilities

• • Understand each customer's needs in order to offer real and effective sales solutions.
  • Open new customer accounts in designated regions.
  • Maintain existing customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct customer visits, cold calls, and appropriate business trips in designated regions.
  • Follow up on communications and proposals.
  • Be responsible for sales proposals and their follow-up.
  • Enter all commercial activities into the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and trade fairs (as a visitor or participant).
  • Other sales-related tasks.

Requirements

• • Preferred residence in Ankara area.
  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Chemical Sciences, Commerce, Economics, or similar fields are acceptable).
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • CRM experience will be valued.
  • High proficiency in both spoken English and Turkish.
  • Ability to travel frequently and visit customers (more than 50% of the time).
  • Willingness to work on-site and in small teams.
