- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social selling, referrals, and trade exhibitions.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new selling possibilities, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and create sales plans to meet or exceed monthly/annual sales quotas.
- Pitching & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs.
2. Client Relationship & Management
- Relationship Building: Act as the key point of contact, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Negotiation & Closing: Expertly negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement to close sales deals efficiently and profitably.
- Account Oversight: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, proactively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, often providing post-sales support.
3. Reporting & Collaboration
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Performance Reporting: Create frequent reviews, forecasts, and reports with sales and financial data to track performance against KPIs and inform management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales efforts and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market competitors, and emerging products/services to maintain a competitive edge
