Sales Executive

Handle all customer enquiries related to motor rewinding, stator winding, compressor overhauling and pumps repair works. Prepare and submit technical quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Coordinate with the workshop and service team to confirm job feasibility, lead times, and cost estimates. Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on job status, delivery schedules, and service reports. Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and facility maintenance sectors. Ensure proper documentation, from enquiry receipt to job completion and invoicing. Support the sales manager in preparing monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
